I love halloween. I strongly believe there should be more opportunies for adults to wear costumes. Having been pre-occupied with PhD-ing and Mommy-ing the last few years, I have not partaken in any personal costuming since
this awesome event four years ago. I know. Outrageous.
This year, we were invited to a halloween party at our friends Melonie & Uma's house. We were going to go as (pregnant) Kim & Kanye, but had an 11th hour switch to something a bit more....erudite? Finally, it was the real thing- Halloween! The good news was it was nearly 70 degrees. The bad news was it poured. Oh well. Nothing that candy (+ beer for the adults) for dinner can't fix! We went out with our great gang of friends + 2 year olds.
